Job summary

Copyright Clearance Center seeks an Associate Product Manager to drive research, roadmap development, requirements gathering, and SAFe Agile delivery across multiple product modules. You will gather requirements, maintain roadmaps, and serve as Product Owner in a SAFe team, coordinating with marketing, sales, and client delivery to align solutions with buyer personas.

The role emphasizes collaboration, scalable solutions, and AI exploration in product management, with a salary range of €32,000

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Product Management or related field.
2-3 years professional experience; 1-2 years in a Product Owner role with software teams.
Proficient in Google Drive / Docs / Slides / Sheets and Jira.
Professional English and presentation skills.
Proficient with MS Office applications and online conferencing.
Ability to explain complex ideas to varied audiences; write user stories.
Travel normally 5-10%. Willingness to explore AI in PM tasks.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand users and their content workflow needs.
Define scalable solutions and align them to buyer personas and roadmaps.
Maintain product roadmap and coordinate internal/external communications.
Serve as Product Owner in a SAFe Agile team; gather requirements and specify user flows.
Work with marketing, sales, client delivery, and platform teams to collect requirements.
Assist discovery sessions, partnerships, and market research with external partners.
