Formación
- 8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS environments.
- Experience building customer interaction platforms and communication products.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

- Own and evolve customer interaction products including AI Receptionist.
- Define and execute product strategy for customer communication experiences.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered experiences and lead product discovery.
