Hyphen Connect in Barcelona is seeking a hands-on Senior Product Manager to drive core platform mechanics and deploy AI-native workflows across our marketplace. You will work directly with users, enterprise clients, and field operations to deeply understand friction points and design high-trust, production-grade solutions.

Formación

• 4+ years of product management experience focused on marketplaces or multi-sided platforms.
• Proven track record deploying AI agents into production workflows.
• Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics: liquidity, matching, incentives and trust.
• Fluent Spanish (written and spoken) for field visits and enterprise discussions.
• Customer-centric mindset with field research experience.

Responsabilidades

• AI Agent Deployment: end-to-end ownership of defining, shipping, and optimizing AI agents for internal operations and marketplace workflow automation in production.
• Marketplace Optimization: design incentives, matching algorithms, trust mechanisms, and liquidity models.
• Field Research & Customer Intimacy: conduct field visits, user interviews, and enterprise sessions to translate needs into specs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: partner with engineering, data science, and operations to deliver features on tight cycles.
• Global / Regional Communication: lead discovery and testing across Spanish-speaking markets.
