Job summary

Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) is seeking an Associate Product Manager in Spain to drive product development across multiple modules. You will engage in research, roadmap development, and SAFe Agile delivery, shaping requirements and user stories for the engineering team.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, including the Corporate Business Unit, to understand user needs and translate them into scalable solutions and compelling roadmaps within the RightFind suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Management or related field.
• 2-3 years professional experience; 1–2 years in a Product Owner or similar role with software development teams.
• Proficient in Google Drive / Docs / Slides / Sheets and Jira.
• Professional level of English and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Key MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online conferencing (e.g., Zoom / MS Teams).
• Willingness to travel 5–10%.
• Willingness to experiment with AI in Product Management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user content workflow needs.
• Define innovative, scalable solutions aligned to buyer/user personas.
• Maintain product roadmap and internal/external communications.
• Serve as Product Owner in a SAFe Agile team; gather requirements and specify user flows.
• Work with other departments to gather internal requirements and coordinate projects.
• Assist other product managers with discovery sessions, partnerships, and market research.
• May be accountable for other results and activities.
