Job summary

Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) is seeking a Product Manager to drive the product lifecycle from discovery to post-release, including market research, strategic planning, and roadmap delivery. You will craft requirements, user flows, and collaborate with developers, analysts, and QA to translate needs into actionable stories.

Qualifications

3–5 years of professional experience in product roles.
Strong communication and presentation skills across levels.
Experience with software development teams and agile processes.

Responsibilities

Understand client problems and user needs in content workflows.
Validate market and align value proposition with buyers.
Define requirements, user flows, and high-level feature behavior.
Maintain product roadmap and lifecycle from conception to maintenance.
Define and report on key product metrics (sales, usage, data integrity).
Build relationships with industry experts and partners.
Support continuous improvement of the PM team and processes.
May be accountable for other results as assigned.
