Plain Concepts' Impact Studios seeks a Product Lead to grow the Product Vertical with a multidisciplinary team of 25+ and scale to 70+ by 2027. You will drive strategic client engagements, shape the offering, and lead end-to-end delivery across product management, design, and digital strategy.

You will collaborate with Sales for opportunity framing, proposals, and long-term account growth, while mentoring teams toward excellence in a hybrid environment in Spain.

Formación

• Strong experience in product, digital, design and technology consulting.
• Proven track record in leading product and design teams in consultancies or agencies.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and strategic client projects.
• Ability to define consulting services, go-to-market strategies, and end-to-end delivery.
• Strong business acumen, commercial awareness, and understanding of project economics.
• Excellent leadership, client management, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and evolve the Product Vertical value proposition, service structure, delivery formats, playbooks and reusable tools.
• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic projects from opportunity framing to activation.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities, shape proposals, and win strategic projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across Product Management, Design, Digital Strategy and UX/UI.
• Deliver projects with quality, budget control, and measurable business outcomes.
