Concentrix Spain is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist (Flemish-speaking) for on-site Barcelona. You will lead follow-up calls with interested customers, represent a premium automotive brand, and address pricing and product concerns with discretion.

You will collect insights, document interactions clearly, and help maintain relationships across prospects, while delivering high-quality service aligned with the brand's standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Interest in automotive or luxury brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead follow-up and support calls with prospective customers after they express interest.
• Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism and customer focus.
• Identify customer concerns around pricing and product preferences and address them.
• Summarize interactions in clear, structured notes to support retailer sales teams.
