Job summary

Concentrix in Barcelona (on-site) seeks a Customer Experience Specialist fluent in Flemish and English to support a premium automotive brand. You will lead follow-up calls, represent the brand with professionalism, and capture insights to aid retailer teams.

The role is full-time (39 hours/week) with a fixed salary of 21,473.38 euros gross per year, plus up to 3,000 euros gross/year in bonus and private medical insurance. Full training and career development programs are provided.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Flemish and English.
• High school diploma minimum; background in business, communications, or automotive studies preferred.
• Experience in customer service or sales, ideally within the automotive or luxury sectors.
• Clear and confident communication, especially with executive-level or high-end clientele.
• Structured, professional, and discreet handling of pricing or commercial offers.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers after they've expressed interest in a product.
• Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to customer satisfaction.
• Reinforce brand value while identifying customer concerns or hesitations, especially around pricing and product preferences.
• Collect key insights and summarize interactions in a clear, structured format to support retailer sales teams.
• Maintain consistency and relationship continuity by managing both follow-up and offer-related calls with the same prospects.
• Ensure all customer interactions align with the quality standards and premium positioning of the brand.
