HCLTech is seeking an IT Support Engineer in Spain to provide break-fix and imaging services for laptops, desktops, tablets, and peripherals. You will support on-site and remote attendees, manage assets, and work with vendors to ensure SLAs are met.

The ideal candidate has 3 years in IT support, fluency in Spanish and English, and prefers ITIL/Certifications to strengthen service delivery. This role offers a dynamic, global tech environment with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• 3 years of technical IT support or IT service delivery experience.
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Break-fix and support in Microsoft environment for laptops, desktops, tablets and peripherals.
• Imaging/re-imaging devices per IT security policies.
• Provide on-site/off-site IT support for events and office moves.
• Manage CMDB records and asset lifecycle.
• Coordinate with vendors for end-user hardware repairs.
