Concentrix is hiring a Sales Development Representative (Portuguese-speaking) in Malaga on a Hybrid basis to drive the sales cycle and nurture client relationships for cloud solutions. You will lead initial client engagements and position our cloud technologies to prospects.

The role emphasizes outbound and inbound activities, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing training to stay ahead in cloud offerings.

Qualifications

• Portuguese-speaking Sales experience preferred.
• Experience in IT sales or account management.
• Familiar with CRM systems like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and nurture client relationships.
• Guide businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue in SMBs and mid-market.
• Collaborate with specialists to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collect customer feedback and convey it to the business as Voice of the customer.
