Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Sales Development Representative (Swedish-speaking) in Malaga with a hybrid work setup to drive the sales cycle and nurture client relationships in advanced cloud technologies.

You will identify opportunities, act as a trusted advisor, and collaborate with specialists to maximise upsell while ensuring customer feedback informs product teams. Training and a base salary plus bonus are provided, with an office in Benalmádena for hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Swedish and fluent English.
• 1–2 years IT sales or account management experience.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact point, deliver a strong first impression and expand a client portfolio.
• Guide businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies as a trusted advisor.
• Identify opportunities to fulfil SME needs and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximise upsell/cross-sell.
• Capture customer feedback and relay the Voice of the Customer back to the business.
