Job summary

Concentrix Spain NWE Services, S.L.U. is hiring a Sales Development Representative (French-speaking) in Benalmádena for a hybrid role focusing on Microsoft Cloud solutions. You will nurture client relationships, drive the sales cycle, and contribute to revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years sales experience, IT industry exposure, and fluency in French and English. Relocation support, paid training, and a central Málaga office are offered.

Qualifications

• Bilingual or fluent in French plus fluent in English.
• 2–3+ years sales experience with IT industry exposure.
• Minimum 1 year sales account management or customer management experience.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Familiar with modern sales techniques and tools.
• Experience selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact point for many customers, deliver a strong first impression and set the foundation for long term customer relationships.
• Quarterback sales from lead to purchase; main contact for Microsoft customers, leading sales strategy and negotiating success.
• Engage with small and medium businesses across industries to fulfill their needs with cloud technologies.
• Secure customer wins for Microsoft Cloud by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Position offerings in the context of customer needs and experiences.
• Turn prospects into opportunities and revenue pipeline.
• Collect feedback from customers and report Voice of Customer back to the business.
