Qualifications

• 1–2 years of IT sales or account management experience.

• Guide businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies.
• Identify opportunities to fulfill SMB needs and drive revenue growth.
• Maximize up-sell and cross-sell with Solution Specialists and Partners.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to the business (Voice of Customer).
