Cbtalents in Madrid is seeking a Polish-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team. You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to subscription close, engaging a high volume of prospects.

The role requires native-level Polish and English, residency in Spain, and 1–6 years in BDR/SDR or call center roles. On-site onboarding in Madrid, then hybrid work with KPI targets, training, and perks.

• Strong confidence with cold calling.

We are looking for a Polish-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team in Madrid.

This role focuses on the Polish-speaking market and gives you the opportunity to manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.

• Contact and engage with a high volume of potential customers
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations
• Manage free trials and follow up with prospects
• Handle approximately 80–100 calls per day
• Work towards KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions and revenue
• Manage the handover of closed accounts to the Customer Experience team

Requirements

• Native or bilingual proficiency in Polish
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English
• Must currently reside in Spain
• 1–6 years of commercial experience in BDR, SDR, call center, outbound sales or similar roles
• Strong confidence with cold calling
• Comfortable working with a high volume of calls and leads
• Strong KPI and metrics orientation
• Availability aligned with US time zone working hours
