• Native or fluent Polish and strong English.
• 1–6 years of experience in Sales, BDR, SDR, Outbound Sales, or Call Center.
• Must currently reside in Spain.
• KPI-driven sales experience.

We're looking for a Polish-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team based in Madrid, Spain.

Location

• Madrid, Spain
• Hybrid work model
• Permanent contract
• No relocation support (candidates must already reside in Spain)

Working Hours

• Monday - Thursday: 09:00 - 18:00
• Friday: 09:00 - 15:00
• Availability aligned with the US time zone is preferred, especially during the onboarding period.

Compensation

• €30,000 gross annual base salary
• Uncapped commission plan
• Monthly target commission of €600
• Performance multipliers:
  • 80% target = 1.3x
  • 100% target = 2x
  • 150%+ target = 3x
• Additional quarterly commission accelerators for top performers.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Polish and strong English.
• 1-6 years of experience in Sales, BDR, SDR, Outbound Sales, or Call Center.
• Comfortable with cold calling and KPI-driven sales.
• Must currently reside in Spain.
