Job summary

Alpega Group in Barcelona is seeking a Debt Mediation Specialist fluent in Polish and Spanish to join the Customer Service Organization (Carriers). The role is based in St. Cugat del Vallès with a hybrid work model.

You will handle payment mediations, monitor cases with reports, and collaborate with the mediation supervisor and the service team to ensure timely and accurate resolutions, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer support or incident management.
• Fluent Polish (C2) in speaking and writing.
• Fluent Spanish and English at C1 level.
• Resourceful, motivated, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle payment mediations among customers per company policies.
• Monitor open mediation cases through weekly/monthly reports.
• Communicate with mediation supervisor and customer service team.
• Monitor notified payment guarantees via reports.
• Meet department goals and activity metrics.
• Perform other duties to support the Mediation Department.
