Alpega Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in Polish and Spanish to join its FX Business. You will respond to inquiries, guide users on platform features, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations.

This is a temporary sick-leave replacement with hybrid work (3 days in office). English helpful; you will collaborate with international teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Formación

• Previous experience in customer service is ideal but not mandatory.
• Fluent Polish (C2), spoken and written, is required.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Curious and can-do attitude.
• Resourceful and highly motivated, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Team player able to build good relationships across functions and collaborate to achieve shared goals.
• High accuracy and attention to detail standards.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide guidance on how to use the platform and its features.
• Answer questions related to processes, workflows, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot product issues and technical problems.
• Identify root causes and elevate bugs or complex issues when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Assist customers with operational questions related to their daily use of the platform.
• Help maintain smooth customer operations by resolving platform-related obstacles.
