Alpega is seeking a Customer Service Specialist fluent in French, Spanish and English to support shippers and carriers in Spain. You will assist users by phone and email, guiding them through the platform and its features.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting product issues, identifying root causes, and following up to ensure resolution. This role sits within the operations organization in a SaaS company with an international environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C2 level) written and spoken.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide guidance on how to use the platform and its features.
• Troubleshoot product issues and escalate bugs when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Assist customers with operational questions related to daily use of the platform.
