Job summary

Fonio.ai is seeking a Sales Lead to own the Poland market. You will build and lead a high-performing AE & SDR team, hiring, ramping, coaching and driving deals while keeping a reliable forecast. You’ll work with Marketing on lead-gen and with Customer Success on handoffs.

We value several years of B2B SaaS sales, leadership experience, strong product understanding, native Polish and fluent English; German is a plus. On-site in Warsaw with initial onboarding in Vienna.

Qualifications

• Several years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a clear funnel.
• First leadership or team-lead experience.
• Strong product and technology understanding.
• Polish at native level and fluent English; German is a plus.
• Startup mindset – builder mentality.

Responsibilities

• Own the Poland market on the sales side and lead AE & SDR teams.
• Hire, ramp, coach, and drive day-to-day execution and deals.
• Maintain reliable forecast and meet monthly/ yearly targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing for lead-gen and with CS for handoffs.
• Scale the Polish sales motion in a fast-scaling startup.
