Job summary

TheFork is expanding its Inside Sales team to drive adoption of TheFork Manager in new international markets. You will identify Polish restaurants, pitch our reservation and management system, and lead the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding.

You will collaborate with marketing, operations, and product to drive fast market growth, with a focus on Poland and international expansion. Fluent Polish is required, along with professional English, and a track record in outbound B2B SaaS sales.

Qualifications

• Native in Polish
• Fluent/professional English
• Proven experience in B2B outbound sales (SaaS or fast-paced environment)
• CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in ambiguity
• Organized and autonomous with pipeline management

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact Polish restaurants using cold calling and CRM
• Pitch and sell TheFork Manager (reservation, table management, marketing)
• Educate and engage restaurant managers on benefits
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding
• Collaborate cross-functionally to test, learn, and scale go-to-market
