egg is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to support pharmaceutical event delivery. You will assist project managers across planning, attendee management, logistics and documentation, ensuring timelines and quality.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience within event management, event coordination or project coordination roles.
• Previous experience working within an event agency environment.
• Experience supporting corporate, pharmaceutical or healthcare events.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, written and spoken, and availability to travel regularly.

Responsabilidades

• Support Project Managers in the planning, coordination and delivery of pharmaceutical events, meetings and congresses
• Assist with attendee management, logistics coordination, supplier communication and project administration activities
• Prepare project documentation, reporting materials and tracking tools to support successful event delivery
• Maintain project timelines, action logs and event documentation while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support smooth execution across multiple projects
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adopt new tools, technologies and ways of working
