egg is seeking a senior account leader to own and deliver high‑impact pharmaceutical and healthcare events. You will lead the production of congresses, meetings and brand experiences, ensuring on‑time delivery, budget adherence and client satisfaction.

You will mentor Project Managers and collaborate with the Account Lead to optimize performance across the account. You should be fluent in English and Spanish with substantial experience in event operations, governance and reporting frameworks.

Formación

• 8+ years in an event agency environment, with pharma/healthcare exposure.
• Experience managing dedicated client accounts with governance and compliance needs.
• Delivery-focused with strong event, reporting and team coordination skills.
• Expertise in resource planning, utilization, forecasting and budget oversight.
• Advanced knowledge of Cvent and proficient reporting in MS 365/Excel.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership with strong communication.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

What you'll be doing

In this role, you will work 100% on one of our key pharmaceutical clients.

• Lead the production and delivery of congresses, meetings, symposia and brand experiences, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with client requirements

• Coach, mentor and support Project Managers and operational team members, helping develop capabilities and drive delivery excellence across the account

• Partner with the Account Lead to monitor client satisfaction, operational performance, resource allocation and overall account health

• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, compliance requirements and RAID logs, identifying risks, proposing solutions and driving continuous improvement

• Oversee account financials, including budget consolidation, forecasting, reporting and operational performance tracking

• Improve delivery standards, processes, templates, reporting tools and AI-enabled ways of working that increase efficiency and quality

What you’ll bring

Experience & skills

• 8+ years of experience within an event agency environment, including significant exposure to pharmaceutical and/or healthcare clients

• Proven experience working on dedicated client accounts with complex governance, compliance and operational requirements

• Strong experience managing event delivery, operational processes, reporting frameworks and team coordination

• Demonstrated expertise in resource planning, utilization management, forecasting and budget oversight

• Advanced knowledge of Cvent and strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel-based reporting and analysis

• Exceptional stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and support teams at all levels

• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Please note: This role requires occasional travel to support events and account activities.
