egg is seeking a seasoned Project/Account Manager to lead pharmaceutical client events, from congresses to brand experiences. The role requires extensive event agency experience, strong governance capabilities, and a track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget.

You will mentor project teams, manage stakeholder relationships at senior levels, and ensure delivery excellence while embracing AI-enabled processes and flexible, hybrid working arrangements.

Formación

• 8+ years in an event agency environment with pharma/healthcare clients
• Experience on dedicated client accounts with governance and compliance requirements
• Strong event delivery, processes, reporting frameworks and team coordination
• Expertise in resource planning, utilization, forecasting and budget oversight
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

Responsabilidades

• Lead production and delivery of congresses, meetings, symposia and brand experiences on time and within budget.
• Coach and support Project Managers and operational teams to drive delivery excellence.
• Monitor client satisfaction, performance metrics, resource allocation and account health.
• Track SLAs, KPIs, compliance, RAID logs and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee account financials: budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Improve delivery standards and integrate AI-enabled ways of working for efficiency.
