egg is seeking an experienced event project manager to lead pharmaceutical and healthcare events across clients. You will own timelines, budgets, and compliance, coordinating with delegates, travel, and production teams to deliver seamless experiences.
The role requires 5+ years in pharma event management, agency background, fluency in English and Spanish, and willingness to travel; we offer flexible hybrid work, competitive salary with bonus, and a collaborative, ambitious team.
At egg we make experiences. Real ones.
The kind that take creativity, sharp thinking, attention to detail and, every now and then, a sense of humour when everything changes five minutes before launch.
We work across countries, cultures and clients, so things move fast and no two days look the same. That's part of what we enjoy. It also means we need people who can stay calm under pressure, take ownership and care about getting things right.
No big egos. No hiding mistakes. No silent chickens in this nest.
Experienced in pharmaceutical and healthcare events, you know how to manage multiple moving parts while keeping timelines, budgets, stakeholders and compliance requirements under control. You take ownership of your projects, communicate proactively and stay focused on delivering exceptional results, even when priorities shift.
You enjoy collaborating with clients, suppliers and colleagues, and you're comfortable navigating structured processes in highly regulated environments. You value accuracy, attention to detail and finding practical solutions when challenges arise.
(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)
Things move fast here. Priorities shift. Clients expect excellence.
