Descripción del empleo

At egg we make experiences. Real ones.

The kind that take creativity, sharp thinking, attention to detail and, every now and then, a sense of humour when everything changes five minutes before launch.

We work across countries, cultures and clients, so things move fast and no two days look the same. That's part of what we enjoy. It also means we need people who can stay calm under pressure, take ownership and care about getting things right.

No big egos. No hiding mistakes. No silent chickens in this nest.

Which brings us to you

Experienced in pharmaceutical and healthcare events, you know how to manage multiple moving parts while keeping timelines, budgets, stakeholders and compliance requirements under control. You take ownership of your projects, communicate proactively and stay focused on delivering exceptional results, even when priorities shift.

You enjoy collaborating with clients, suppliers and colleagues, and you're comfortable navigating structured processes in highly regulated environments. You value accuracy, attention to detail and finding practical solutions when challenges arise.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will work 100% on one of our key pharmaceutical clients.
  • Manage and/or provide support on multiple pharmaceutical events from briefing through delivery and closure, including attendee management, logistics, production coordination and reporting
  • Ensure full compliance with client procedures, healthcare regulations and approval workflows throughout the project lifecycle
  • Act as a key point of contact for client stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams during planning and implementation
  • Manage timelines, budgets, risks and project documentation while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate closely with Delegate Managers, Travel Specialists and Production teams to deliver a seamless event experience
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, sharing best practices and identifying more efficient ways of working
What You’ll Bring

(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)

  • Previous experience working within an event agency environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations, client processes and compliance requirements
  • Excellent organisational, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a proactive communication style and strong attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and strong hands-on experience with Cvent, including website development, attendee management and budgeting
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, written and spoken, and availability to travel regularly
