egg is seeking an experienced delegate management professional to oversee the full delegate journey for a major pharmaceutical client. You will manage registrations, communications, travel logistics and attendee support, building robust databases in Cvent and ensuring data accuracy.

We look for 3+ years in similar roles, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong Excel/data-management skills. Expect hybrid work and exposure to international events with healthcare compliance requirements.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in delegate management, travel coordination or a similar role
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare events is preferred
• Strong hands-on experience with Cvent, including event builds, registrations and reporting
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data management tools
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and pay close attention to detail
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full delegate journey: registration, communications, travel booking and attendee support
• Build and maintain event databases in Cvent, ensuring accurate participant information
• Create and manage delegate communications: invitations, reminders, follow-ups and confirmations
• Coordinate travel arrangements and propose itineraries compliant with client requirements and healthcare regulations
• Provide regular progress updates to internal teams and client stakeholders
• Support event delivery on-site when required and maintain attendance and reporting data
