egg is seeking an experienced account leader to manage a key pharmaceutical client. You will oversee the end‑to‑end production and delivery of congresses, meetings and brand experiences, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and client alignment.

You will mentor Project Managers, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement across the account, while coordinating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in an event agency environment, with significant exposure to pharmaceutical and/or healthcare clients.
• Proven experience managing dedicated client accounts with complex governance, compliance and operational requirements.
• Strong experience delivering events, operational processes, reporting frameworks and team coordination.
• Demonstrated expertise in resource planning, utilization management, forecasting and budget oversight.
• Advanced knowledge of Cvent and strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel-based reporting and analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and support teams at all levels.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the production and delivery of congresses, meetings, symposia and brand experiences, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with client requirements.
• Coach, mentor and support Project Managers and operational team members, helping develop capabilities and drive delivery excellence across the account.
• Partner with the Account Lead to monitor client satisfaction, operational performance, resource allocation and overall account health.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, compliance requirements and RAID logs, identifying risks, proposing solutions and driving continuous improvement.
• Oversee account financials, including budget consolidation, forecasting, reporting and operational performance tracking.
• Improve delivery standards, processes, templates, reporting tools and AI-enabled ways of working that increase efficiency and quality.
