Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an Event & Communication Trainee in Madrid to support major corporate events, internal/external communications, and employer branding. You will gain hands-on experience, work on strategic projects, and collaborate in an international setting.

The role focuses on coordinating events, developing content for promotion, and contributing to post-event evaluations. 6-month internship with start mid-December in Madrid.

Formación

• Must be enrolled in a school program for internship (Traineeship Agreement required).
• Strong project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to transform complex concepts into clear learning materials.
• Fluent in English; another European language is a plus.
• Team player with good communication and ability to work remotely.
• Eligible to work in the European Union; internship based in Madrid.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and execution of major corporate events (Revenue Strategy Days).
• Assist with internal and external communications and employer branding.
• Develop and engage our LinkedIn community and promotional materials.
• Coordinate logistics for events and coordinate with local agencies and suppliers.
• Support post‑event evaluation and feedback collection.
