As our new Payroll Specialist (Mid-Level), you will support our international payroll and benefits operations. You will be responsible for the day-to-day payroll execution for Spain, while coordinating with external payroll providers for Italy and Portugal. This is an operational, hands-on role perfect for someone looking to solidify their international exposure under the guidance of our global team
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Execution: Record monthly payroll incidents (bonuses, overtime, one‑time payments), manage flexible remuneration, benefits in kind, settlements, and personal income tax for Spain.
Vendor Coordination: Act as the main point of contact and coordinate monthly payroll inputs/outputs with our external payroll providers in Italy and Portugal.
Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, taxation, and deductions.
Personnel Administration & Compliance: Ensure compliance with social security obligations (Spain) and manage employee records, contracts, registrations/terminations, and medical leaves.
Data & Finance: Maintain the Personnel Department’s databases and work closely with the Finance department to reconcile monthly payroll.
