Native Teams is a fast-growing global startup that handles work payments, payroll, compliance, and taxes for clients worldwide. We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to bring their expertise and help expand our payroll service across multiple countries.

You will manage accurate payroll processing for assigned countries, prepare reports, ensure compliance with local laws, and collaborate with accountants and clients.

Formación

  • Professional background: Minimum 2 years of relevant Spanish payroll experience (global payroll exposure is a plus). Knowledge of payroll best practices.
  • Education: Knowledge of economics, accounting and other financial concepts.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel & Word).
  • Soft skills: Excellent written and spoken English; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently; ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
  • Dynamic and interesting work in an early-stage, funded startup

Responsabilidades

  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll for assigned countries
  • Prepare and reconcile internal and external payroll reports
  • Check payroll reports and confirm them before they are declared to legal authorities for assigned countries
  • Follow up payroll inputs from various source
  • Control employee expenses and ensure that payments are made by checking whether they comply with the legal rules of the relevant country
  • Preparing payroll backup for the invoicing processes
  • Being open to learning about the tax and payment processes of new countries, conducts research and manages the processes
  • Correspondence with local accountants
  • Maintain and develop professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.

We are expanding our global team and looking for a Payroll Specialist to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.

Key Responsibilities
