• Experience in parts operations, aftersales, dealer support, or B2B customer service.
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system; strong Excel skills.
• Native-level Spanish, B2 English, and B1 Portuguese.
• Strong administrative and analytical skills.
• Technical knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

MAIN TASKS:

• Manage and resolve inquiries regarding parts availability, parts identification, pricing, delivery lead times, and logistics.
• Handle dealer network issues, maintaining close communication and providing fast and effective responses.
• Resolve technical inquiries related to the Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC/EPCM).
• Monitor national transportation deliveries and manage incidents, claims, and returns.
• Coordinate technical issues with internal teams and provide operational support through the daily use of the ERP system.
• Participate in process improvement and digitalization projects.
