Job summary

Msxinternational in Madrid is seeking a dedicated professional to be the primary contact for the dealer network in Spain and Portugal. You will manage inquiries on parts availability, pricing, and logistics, while coordinating with internal teams through the ERP system to resolve issues efficiently.

The role requires a degree in engineering or automotive fields, experience in parts operations or B2B customer service, and proficiency with SAP and Excel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in parts operations, aftersales, dealer support, or B2B customer service.
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system; strong Excel skills.
• Native-level Spanish, B2 English, and B1 Portuguese.
• Strong administrative and analytical skills.
• Technical knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, delivery lead times, and logistics.
• Handle dealer network issues with fast and effective responses.
• Resolve technical inquiries related to EPC/EPCM.
• Monitor national transportation deliveries and manage incidents, claims, returns.
• Coordinate technical issues with internal teams using the ERP system.
• Participate in process improvement and digitalization projects.
