Job summary

BYD Europe seeks an experienced spare parts specialist to lead DMS master data maintenance and system optimization. You will manage dealer inquiries, monitor overseas delivery times, and drive KPI performance across regions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in automotive/E-mobility roles, strong cross-cultural communication, and fluency in Spanish and English. This position emphasizes collaboration with customer care, logistics, and planning teams in Europe and China.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar automotive/E-mobility role.
• Experience with parts aftersales, dealer support, or OEM/importer environments.
• Ability to coordinate across countries, cultures, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead processing and maintenance of DMS spare parts data and optimize the DMS system.
• Collect and process customer emails, tickets, and real-time feedback on spare parts support.
• Monitor spare parts delivery times in overseas markets and KPI indicators.
• Troubleshoot abnormal spare parts ordering by dealers and support order management.
• Deploy spare parts projects and policies to dealers, with analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with customer care, logistics, and planning across Europe and China.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responsible for leading the processing and maintenance of DMS spare parts system master data and DMS system optimization, ensuring that DMS system data is normal and system functions are optimized.

• Leading the collection and processing of customer emails, TIS, ticketing system feedback on spare parts support requirements, and real-time processing of closed loops;

• Monitoring the delivery time of spare parts in overseas local markets, as well as KPI indicators for spare parts operation;

• Troubleshooting and handling of abnormal spare parts ordering by dealers, supporting them in placing, managing and invoicing orders, identifying the correct products.

• Handling the deployment and execution of other spare parts related projects and policies to the dealer side, análisis and reporting.

• Close collaboration with customer care and other departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and with other parts, logistics and planning departments in Europe and China.

What you bring

• Strong automotive parts business background (parts, accessories and other products)

• Minimum Bachelors degree in a technical/engineering/management field of study

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E-mobility within importer or OEM.

• Organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations. Self-learning, the ability to discover and solve problems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish language and English is a must.

• High-level attention to details, time management and accuracy.
