Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in parts operations, aftersales, dealer support, or B2B customer service.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system and strong Excel skills.
• Spanish native level with English (B2) and Portuguese (B1) proficiency.
• Strong administrative and analytical capabilities.
• Technical knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve inquiries regarding parts availability, identification, pricing, delivery lead times, and logistics.
• Handle dealer network issues, maintaining close communication and providing fast, effective responses.
• Resolve technical inquiries related to the Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC/EPCM).
• Monitor national transportation deliveries and manage incidents, claims, and returns.
• Coordinate technical issues with internal teams and provide operational support via ERP daily use.
• Participate in process improvement and digitalization projects.
