Hyatt Centric Gran Via Madrid seeks a senior retail leader to own our overseas retail business end-to-end, translating HQ strategy into locally executable plans with full P&L ownership.

You will build systems and teams, drive data‑driven operating rhythms across sell‑in and sell‑through, manage budgets, ROI, and frontline training to lift productivity.

Requirements: 5+ years in overseas retail, familiarity with consumer electronics or FMCG, fluent English, and willingness to travel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in overseas retail operations, channel or sales management.
• Proven P&L ownership and budget control.
• Fluent English and strong leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the overseas retail P&L and translate HQ strategy into local plans.
• Build data-driven operating rhythms for sell-in, sell-through and store performance.
• Manage budgets, ROI, and frontline training to lift productivity.
• Set up and maintain standardized store-tiering and rollout of POSM/fixtures.
