Pack is a people development platform that helps companies optimize talent performance and engagement. We are hiring a BDR to drive outbound prospecting, focusing on cold calls, and booking meetings with HR leaders as we scale into new markets.

You will use LinkedIn and email to complement calls, while tracking performance in HubSpot and iterating on scripts and angles to improve results. This is a growth-focused role in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Run daily outbound activity with a strong focus on cold calling.
• Book meetings through high-volume call sessions with HR leaders and decision-makers.
• Test scripts, objections, and angles directly on calls to accelerate learning.
• Use LinkedIn and email to support and warm up calls, not to replace them.
• Track and improve call performance inside HubSpot.
