Talent-R is expanding and launching a brand-new Sales Acquisition team in Barcelona. You’ll be among the first Business Developers to drive outbound prospecting, identify opportunities and qualify leads for our Recruitment Consultants.

This role offers hands-on training from the Sales Manager, clear career progression toward Senior BDR or Team Lead, and an international, entrepreneurial environment that values ambition and collaboration.

Formación

• First experience in Sales, Business Development or B2B prospecting (internship/apprenticeship counts).
• Fluent French and English are required; Spanish is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills, resilience and a real appetite for sales and performance.
• Curious, ambitious and excited by building a team from the ground up.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage new prospects through calls, LinkedIn, email and other outbound channels.
• Qualify business opportunities and book meetings for Recruitment Consultants.
• Help build acquisition strategy: scripts, processes, CRM pipeline, account mapping and outreach methodology.
