Allianz Technology in Barcelona is offering a 6-month internship with a hybrid work model to support the Facilities team in daily office management and employee experience initiatives. You will conduct inspections of common areas, coordinate space setups for meetings and events, assist with access management and reception duties, and help drive projects to improve the workplace.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a degree related to business, facilities or HR.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily inspections of office facilities and ensure spaces are well maintained.
• Identify and report facility issues for timely resolution.
• Assist the Reception service with administrative coordination as needed.
• Help prepare and set up spaces for meetings, events, and activities.
• Support access management, including badges and visitor registrations.
• Contribute to initiatives to improve employee experience and workplace environment.
