Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Workplace Services Concierge to ensure every in-office experience is functional, productive, and memorable for staff and visitors. The role demands hospitality-first service and the ability to work independently to meet tight timelines and service deliverables.

You will be the main point of contact on site, supporting events, onboarding, and daily office operations while maintaining security and a clutter-free reception area. On-site only, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years professional experience in Office Services, Concierge, or Reception preferred.
• Previous hotel/hospitality front-of-house experience welcome.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all staff levels, clients, and external professionals.
• Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for visitors, greeting and guiding guests on site.
• Assist in in-office workplace events and activities with the broader team.
• Support ELT needs during planned onsite meetings or events.
• Coordinate on-site room reservations, catering, décor, and event prep.
• Assist with onboarding and workspace setup for new hires.
• Maintain reception area, security protocols, and general site familiarity.
