CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Workplace Services Concierge to ensure a hospitality-forward in-office experience for CrowdStrike staff and visitors in Barcelona.

You will manage guest reception, event support, onboarding, and day-to-day office administration with a strong emphasis on security and service quality. The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, fluent Spanish and English, and the ability to work onsite five days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience in office services, concierge, or reception preferred.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience interacting with staff at all levels, including senior management.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and decision making.
• Basic understanding of safety standards is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the main contact for visitors, greeting guests and directing them appropriately.
• Support in-office events and activities with timely and equitable experiences.
• Coordinate meetings for ELT, onsite or offsite, including room reservations and catering.
• Assist with event planning, setup, and post-event space reset.
• Assist with onboarding, workspace prep, and access credentials for new hires.
• Maintain security procedures in coordination with Global Physical Security.
• Keep reception area clean and welcoming, creating a strong first impression.
• Be the local expert on nearby hotels, restaurants, and area activities for staff.
• Respond to workplace inquiries and escalate as needed with proper documentation.
• Handle office supplies, mail routing, and procurement tasks.
• Coordinate express mail services and general office admin duties.
• Report to the office and work five days per week with no remote/hybrid option.
