Job summary

Bacardi Martini Production is seeking a proactive On-Trade Commercial professional in Barcelona to drive brand growth in the proximity channel. You will focus on premium portfolios, innovations, and protecting core business within a dynamic team.

You will implement the commercial plan for On-Trade customers, negotiate at the point of sale, and activate our brands to influence consumer choices, while identifying growth opportunities across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in commercial, field sales preferred.
• Affinity with On-Trade, events and promotions.
• Ability to organize work independently.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Good communicator and active listener.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Commercial plan delivering customer programs within the Country IAP for On-Trade customers.
• Negotiate at the Point of Sale to hit Distribution & Visibility targets.
• Drive use of Picture of Success and activate brands at the point of purchase.
• Identify opportunities and guide development/execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi's performance at On-Trade customers in the region.
