Bacardi in Madrid is seeking a motivated On-Trade commercial professional to drive our brands in the proximity channel. You will work within a dynamic team focused on growing the Premium portfolio, events, and promotions, while protecting the core business.

This role offers a path to develop your career, with a founder mentality and a focus on delivering profitable growth through customer programmes, distribution and visibility at points of sale.

Formación

• Demonstrated track record in commercial, field sales roles.
• Affinity with On-Trade, events and promotions is a plus.
• Ability to organise work independently and effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills and active listening.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver the Commercial plan for On-Trade customers within the country IAP.
• Negotiate in the Point of Sale to achieve distribution and visibility targets.
• Activate brands to influence consumers at purchase points.
• Identify opportunities and guide strategies to maximise Bacardi's performance in On-Trade.
• Maintain close collaboration with the team to drive profitable growth.
