The International Organization for Migration (IOM) Madrid office seeks a Reception Operations Supervisor to coordinate a front-line reception facility, ensuring timely, quality responses to operational needs and well-being of accommodated people. You will lead teams, liaise with sectoral coordinators, authorities, and partners, and implement priorities while upholding policies and humanitarian principles.

• Experience assisting migrants/refugees is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, coordinate, and manage teams to respond to operational needs in reception facilities.
• Ensure effective collaboration among teams, authorities and stakeholders.
• Support daily management and implementation of priorities in line with policies.
• Lead reporting, risk identification, and coordination of logistics and administration.
• Oversee facility conditions and emergency preparedness; contribute to situation analysis.
