Responsabilidades

• Supervise, coordinate, and manage teams to ensure timely responses to operational needs.
• Foster coordination among teams, sectoral coordinators, authorities, and stakeholders for integrated service delivery.
• Support daily management and implementation of priorities, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Strengthen staff management and coordination capabilities through guidance and support.
• Identify and escalate operational needs, gaps, and risks with corrective action recommendations.
• Supervise team performance and ensure activities comply with procedures, codes, and humanitarian principles.
• Facilitate coordination meetings, monitor activities, and resolve issues; ensure information flow and reporting lines.
• Coordinate with logistics, administration, and procurement for operational needs.
• Develop and update SOPs for supervised activities to ensure quality and dignified treatment of beneficiaries.
• Supervise activities related to food distribution, welcome kits, hygiene items, and accommodation services.
• Provide guidance to Community Engagement for information, education, recreation, and peaceful coexistence activities.
• Monitor the facility's condition and coordinate infrastructure, basic services, and hygiene maintenance.
• Oversee facility safety and security, report incidents, support emergency preparedness and contingency planning.
• Contribute to operational reports and situation analyses.
