Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking an Account Manager (English-speaking) for an on-site role in the High Tech sector. You will manage partner pipelines, drive opportunities, and close deals while collaborating with sales and marketing teams to maximize revenue and partner satisfaction.
The position requires English proficiency and previous channel sales experience, with a focus on negotiations, campaigns, and program promotions.
Qualifications
- Two years of related technical sales experience preferred.
- Familiar with channel programs.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills (verbal & written).
Responsabilités
- Manage partner pipeline, identify new opportunities, and drive closure.
- Understand partner market and competition; assess reseller interest.
- Build partner loyalty and drive competencies and certification in BU products.
- Ensure partners leverage promotions, events, and programs.
- Collaborate with partners to drive revenue through campaigns and opportunities.
- Identify qualified opportunities and help close large deals with partner support.
- Work with telemarketing, end user sales, and other resources to maximize revenue and satisfaction.
- Monitor partner marketing plans, ROI, and investments; propose improvements.
