Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an Account Manager (English-speaking) for an on-site role in Barcelona. You will manage partner pipelines, drive revenue through campaigns and opportunities, and coordinate with telemarketing and sales teams to maximize customer and partner satisfaction.

The role requires bilingual English skills and prior technical sales experience. Full-time position with central Barcelona location and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Two years of related technical sales experience preferred.
• Familiar with channel programs.
• Excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written).

Responsibilities

• Manage partner pipeline and identify new opportunities for profitable closures.
• Understand partner market and competition; evaluate reseller interest.
• Drive partner loyalty and certifications in BU products; promote promotions and programs.
• Collaborate with partners to drive revenue via campaigns and identified opportunities.
• Close opportunities with partners and support teams; ensure ROI on activities.
• Coordinate with telemarketing and sales teams to maximize revenue and customer/partner satisfaction.
