Concentrix in Barcelona (on-site) is seeking an Account Manager to manage partner pipelines and drive revenue for the BU. You will work with partners, telemarketing teams, and sales colleagues to close opportunities and optimize campaigns.

The role requires bilingual English, strong negotiation, and relationship-building skills, plus familiarity with channel programs. Central Barcelona location and comprehensive training are provided.

Qualifications

• Two years of related technical sales experience preferred.
• Familiarity with channel programs and partner ecosystems.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsabilités

• Manage partner pipeline, identify opportunities, and drive closures.
• Assess partner market, competition, and reseller interest.
• Foster partner loyalty and drive certifications in BU products.
• Ensure partners leverage promotions, events, and programs.
• Collaborate with partners to drive BU revenue via campaigns and opportunities.
• Identify qualified opportunities and assist in closing deals with partners.
• Coordinate with telemarketing, sales and other teams to maximize revenue and satisfaction.
• Monitor partner marketing plan, ROI, and investments.
• Attend country partner events to meet key partners.
