Job summary

Chubb Ltd. is seeking an Underwriter Operations Technician – Offline to support end-to-end processing of offline business within the UWR Centre.

The role focuses on accurate data handling, quality assurance, and delivering reliable underwriting support across procedures. You will enter data into underwriting and other core systems, prepare policy documents and files, manage broker and internal queries, support QA and reporting, assist with testing and new tools, and collaborate with local teams

Responsibilities

• Support offline underwriting operations and language-dependent branch activities.
• Enter data into underwriting and other business systems accurately and within SLA.
• Prepare policy documentation and underwriting files to meet quality and audit standards.
• Manage broker and internal queries, including credit control support and issue resolution.
• Support QA, reporting, and operational process improvements.
• Assist with system testing, user acceptance testing, and new business tools.
• Work closely with local teams, brokers, and the wider operations team to deliver excellent service.
