The lemon Consulting in Barcelona is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Sales Development Representative for a full-time, hybrid position. You will initiate outbound calls to promote services and manage a comprehensive CRM database to grow the customer base.

Requirements

• Language Skills: C2 level of Norwegian language with advanced English skills. Multilingual abilities are a plus due to the multilingual nature of the Nordic market.
• 20 months sales experience is preferred.
• Strong capability to manage tasks autonomously and achieve goals without constant oversight.
• CRM Experience: strong CRM experience, capable of effectively utilizing CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
• Communication Skills: strong communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
