The Lemon Consulting is seeking a results-driven sales professional for a hybrid, full-time role in Barcelona. You will make outbound calls to promote services, build a robust customer database, and drive new business.

You will monitor competitors, manage inquiries, and ensure timely follow-ups while leveraging CRM tools to maximize engagement. Multilingual ability and self-motivation are highly valued in this Nordic-market oriented position.

Formación

• Danish language at C2 level with advanced English.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for the Nordic market.
• ≥20 months sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and achieve goals.

Requirements

• Language Skills: C2 level of Danish languages with advanced English skills. Multilingual abilities are a plus due to the multilingual nature of the Nordic market.


• 20 months sales experience is preferred.


• Strong capability to manage tasks autonomously and achieve goals without constant oversight.


• CRM Experience: strong CRM experience, capable of effectively utilizing CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.

• Salary of 25.330€ gross/year + up to 4.470€ gross/year in bonus.
