Europe Language Jobs is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Business Development Representative in Barcelona to join a fast-paced sales team focused on cloud solutions across EMEA. You will build new business through outbound activities, qualify opportunities, and manage accounts within a hybrid Barcelona setup.

The ideal candidate combines outbound selling experience with strong CRM skills and a solid grasp of cloud concepts, GDPR, and stakeholder management.

Formación

• Language requirements: Norwegian at C2 level and English at C1 level.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience expected.
• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling and account management.
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and solution selling.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to influence decision-makers and manage complex sales cycles.
• Understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound campaigns.
• Execute daily outbound calls and emails, including cold calls to decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects, understand business needs, and align them with cloud solutions.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts.
• Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in Salesforce (CRM).
• Work towards KPIs including pipeline and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a strong customer journey.
• Document all customer interactions and opportunities clearly.
